About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you'll play a hands-on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Every day brings something new, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
  • Collaborate clinical team members
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
  • Partnering with families to create meaningful change
  • Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions

Qualifications
  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
