Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging school-based role supporting students across Metro Atlanta for the 2026-2027 academic year! This contract opportunity is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists who are enthusiastic about making a tangible difference in the lives of children in a collaborative, onsite setting. Multiple full-time and part-time assignments are available, with most caseloads located at a single site, ensuring meaningful, focused interaction with students and staff.

You’ll have the chance to work with diverse age groups—ranging from preschoolers to elementary and middle school students—in a variety of vibrant educational environments. Sites include inclusive classrooms, low-incidence units, and specialized programs, with several positions open for bilingual SLPs (bonus for those able to support at Rivers and similar campuses).

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Georgia
  • Valid GA Department of Education certification
  • Background working with school-age populations; experience with diverse or bilingual caseloads highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, onsite speech and language therapy services
  • Develop IEPs with collaborative school teams
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
