Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of Ohio
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings desirable, with confidence working with K-5th grade or preschool populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working alongside teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student support
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseload of K-5 or preschool students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), progress reports, and maintain detailed student documentation
  • Consult with teachers and families to design effective classroom strategies and accommodations
