Job description

Job Title: Physician Assistant - Orthopedics / Interventional Pain (New graduates are accepted)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA and Oakwood, GA
Position Type: Full-Time/ Part- time
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Overview

This is an outpatient-based role focused on musculoskeletal and personal injury patients, working closely with physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and manage treatment plans.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.


Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physical exams

  • Review imaging and diagnostic reports and develop treatment plans

  • Perform trigger point injections and joint injections (training available if needed)

  • Manage musculoskeletal and personal injury patient population

  • Collaborate with physicians on patient care and treatment directives

  • Identify short and long-term patient care needs

  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records

  • Maintain compliance with infection-control and safety protocols

  • Participate in team-based care management

  • Travel between clinics as needed


Requirements

  • Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)

  • Active Georgia License (Required)

  • GA DEA License (Preferred)

  • Experience in Orthopedics, PM&R, Pain Management, Neurology, ER, or Interventional Spine preferred

  • Personal injury experience highly desirable

  • Comfortable performing or learning injections

  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations
