What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

A part-time per diem healthcare professional, such as a registered nurse or specialized technician, can potentially earn $10,000 a month depending on the number of shifts, location, and specialty. These roles often require relevant certifications and experience but do not always require a traditional degree, especially in certain healthcare settings or with specialized skills.

Is it better to work per diem or part-time?

Parttime per diem jobs typically offer flexible scheduling and short-term assignments, allowing workers to choose shifts based on availability. Per diem work often involves on-call or as-needed shifts without guaranteed hours, which can provide flexibility but less stability. The better option depends on individual needs for stability, schedule flexibility, and income consistency.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring generally refers to allocating 70% of the interview process to assessing a candidate's skills and experience, and 30% to evaluating cultural fit and soft skills. For part-time per diem roles, this approach helps ensure candidates meet both technical requirements and adapt well to the work environment.

How to make $2000 a week working from home?

Part-time per diem roles typically do not pay $2000 weekly due to their hourly or task-based structure. To reach that income level from home, individuals often need to combine multiple freelance, consulting, or specialized remote jobs, develop high-demand skills, or work in fields like healthcare, IT, or finance with high hourly rates. Building a consistent schedule and gaining relevant certifications can also help increase earning potential.
