What are part-time seasonal jobs?

Part-time seasonal jobs are temporary positions that require employees to work fewer hours per week than full-time roles, typically during peak business periods or specific seasons, such as holidays or summer. These jobs are common in industries like retail, hospitality, agriculture, and tourism, where demand fluctuates throughout the year. Part-time seasonal workers may be hired to help manage increased workloads or to fill in for staff during busy times. The positions usually last for a few weeks to several months, and may offer flexible schedules, making them ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking short-term employment.
