Enterprise Brand Strategist
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is seeking an Enterprise Brand Strategist to help shape, govern, and scale how our enterprise brand is structured, understood, and applied across the company. This role is ideal for a seasoned brand strategist who brings deep expertise in brand architecture, brand systems, and enterprise brand management within complex organizations.
You will partner closely with senior brand leadership to evolve Booz Allen's brand architecture and ensure it is operationalized consistently across sectors, offerings, and experiences. Acting as a strategic advisor and enterprise brand steward, you will work across leadership teams to align business priorities with a cohesive and differentiated brand framework.
This role is focused on enterprise brand strategy and governance-not campaign marketing, communications, or creative production. The ideal candidate understands how to make a sophisticated brand system function effectively at scale through influence, clarity, and organizational alignment. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Partner with senior brand leadership to evolve and operationalize Booz Allen's enterprise brand architecture, positioning, and portfolio structure.
  • Monitor enterprise brand application across the organization and drive continuous improvement in consistency, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with creative, digital, communications, and marketing teams to ensure execution aligns with enterprise brand strategy and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen enterprise brand cohesion, differentiation, and long-term equity.
  • Establish clear principles and guardrails for brand application across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment efforts that connect business strategy, enterprise positioning, and brand priorities.
  • Develop scalable systems, frameworks, and decision-making models that enable consistent brand adoption across a complex organization.
  • Guide how the Booz Allen brand is expressed across business areas, offerings, partnerships, and customer experiences.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sector and functional leaders on brand structure, positioning, and enterprise brand application.
  • Define and maintain enterprise brand frameworks, standards, and governance models that drive consistency and strategic alignment across the company.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise brand strategy, brand management, or corporate brand leadership
  • Experience developing and managing brand architecture, portfolio strategy, or enterprise brand systems within complex organizations
  • Experience operating in large-scale B2B, technology, or product environments
  • Experience advising senior leaders on brand positioning, organizational alignment, and enterprise brand strategy
  • Experience establishing brand governance models, standards, or enterprise enablement frameworks
  • Ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations and drive alignment among stakeholder groups
  • Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear and scalable brand frameworks
  • Ability to lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives from strategy through operationalization
  • Ability to provide portfolio examples demonstrating enterprise brand strategy and systems work
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working in a technology / product company or professional services environment
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Experience collaborating with creative, digital, and campaign teams
  • Experience developing playbooks, frameworks, or brand enablement tools
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into practical, scalable application
