  • Supporting Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee initiatives and quality improvement projects.
  • Reviewing and updating medication-related policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Participating in performance improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and medication safety.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that medication management practices align with clinical standards, organizational goals, and regulatory expectations.

  • Experience in hospital, behavioral health, acute care, or clinical pharmacy practice preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, medication management standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate complex clinical situations and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Commitment to patient safety and continuous quality improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Alignment with CBH's DIRECT values and culture of accountability.
