Pilatus is hiring a Team Leader Parts Operations to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Sales Administration department as a working lead. In addition, you will be responsible for timely processing of daily sales orders, invoices, drop shipments and open orders. Take your career to the next level with Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd!


Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Performs the essential functions of the Parts Sales and Services Administrator role as well as training and supervising team members on department procedures
  • Supervises and provides guidance to the Parts Sales Administration team
  • Provides additional subject matter support to customers
  • Ensures all invoices are posted daily and at month end
  • Monitors and fulfills open customer orders on a daily basis
  • Ensures timely responses to incoming inquiries and manages customer expectations
  • Develops and maintains operational reports, metrics, and tools to support team performance and decision making
  • Documents and maintains departmental procedures, workflows, and work instructions
  • Works with Supply Chain team to ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • Monitors AOG orders and provides comments on weekly and monthly AOG reports
  • Participates in routine calls with partner organizations and Service Centers
  • Updates AOG technical cases in Quantum with relevant part delivery status
  • Works with Purchasing team to provide customers with material quotes
  • Ensures fiduciary responsibility on all transactions

Other Duties / Responsibilities

  • Participates in the AOG phone rotation
  • Assists Customer Relations team by enforcing Service Center Policies and Procedures
  • Provides sales orders and invoicing services to internal departments when requested

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviation field
  • 5+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts
  • Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations required
  • Purchasing and supplier experience highly preferred
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Experience developing operational reports, dashboards, or process improvement tools is preferred
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basis

The salary range for this position is $62,600 - 89,800 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
