Responsibilities

  • Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and/or pick-up
  • Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs
  • Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
  • Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed
  • Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
  • Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volum
