Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an Parts Manager to supervise all warehouse, front counter, back counter, delivery drivers and administrative support personnel.
Duties and Requirements:
  • Works closely with the front counter and outside sales personnel to promote and grow sales to meet or exceed company goals
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory levels to meet customer demands but still comply with company turn around guidelines
  • Review and approve all customer credits
  • Keep inventory within manufacturers (International) standards
  • Ensure parts and cores are returned to vendors when necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Occasionally visit current customers to resolve problems, increase sales, and build relationships

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Parts Sales experience required
  • Valid CDL A preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop department staff members
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be flexible and adapt to change readily
  • Must have superior problem solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strive for respect and facilitate teamwork within the organization
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
