Responsabilités principales :

- Assister et conseiller les clients en faisant la promotion d’articles en solde et de nouveaux produits;

- Effectuer la vente de pièces au comptoir, par téléphone, ou à l’atelier de réparation;

- Remettre aux clients les pièces recueillies dans l’entrepôt, et effectuer la facturation;

- Contacter les clients lors de la réception de pièces qui ont été commandées;

- Placer les articles dans l’inventaire/stock;

- Maintenir les pièces aux endroits appropriés;

- Préparer les articles pour la livraison en assurant de joindre tous les documents nécessaires;

- Effectuer l’entretien sur les lieux du travail et s’assurer de la bonne condition des équipements;

- Vérifier les articles retournés en crédit aux clients.

Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience comme commis aux pièces;

- Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle;

- Excellentes compétences en matière de planification et d’organisation du travail;

- Capacité à travailler sous pression;

- Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe.

Main responsibilities:

- Assist and advise customers by promoting the items on sale and new products;

- Perform parts sales at the counter, by telephone or at the repair shop;

- Give to customers the parts collected in the warehouse and perform the billing;

- Contact customers upon the reception of ordered parts;

- Place items in stock;

- Maintain parts in proper locations;

- Prepare the goods for shipping by ensuring attachment of necessary documents;

- Perform maintenance of the premises and ensure the good condition of the equipment;

- Check the items returned for credit to customers.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a parts clerk;

- Have good interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service;

- Excellent planning and organizational skills;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Ease and interest in working as part of a team.
