We are currently in search of an experienced Parts Manager for our Ford Pro Elite Service Center.  A Parts Manager has excellent attention to detail and is responsible for managing inventory. They ensure that parts or supplies needed for production are available for team members. To be successful as a Parts Manager, you must be highly organized. A good Parts Manager anticipates the needs of production workers and ensures that all materials needed for production are provided.

Responsibilities of the Parts Department Manager:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Ford parts department.
  • Responsible for tracking department sales, expense control and profitability
  • Monthly parts reconciliation
  • Hiring/training/motivating Staff
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Employee satisfaction - Hire, train and motivate your team to achieve our business plan annually
  • Taking Complete Responsibility for retail, commercial and internal profitability for our Parts Department
  • Exploring new ways to serve our customer base
  • Developing an online sales process and order fulfillment system including staffing and training.
  • Growing our wholesale business.

_Some Saturdays, some travel required _**

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years parts management experience
  • College degree in business preferred, or equal in automotive/truck parts management
  • Experience using CDK 
  • Supervising multiple employees effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership
