Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions: 
  • Receive part orders and shipping labels from the customer service department, then locate and pull parts using inventory locations and part numbers. 
  • Inspect and quality-check parts prior to packaging to ensure accuracy and functionality. 
  • Package parts according to company-defined packing and shipping procedures. 
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and organizing stock. Reporting on low-inventory parts. 
  • Receive and put away newly delivered parts from suppliers into the appropriate inventory locations. 
  • Process and inspect customer returns to verify returned parts and maintain accurate inventory records. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department, including participation in reorganization and cleaning projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficient Computer/Technology Skills (i.e. Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel) 
  • Great attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Mechanical Knowledge or Repair Experience (Preferred!)
