We are seeking a parts counter person for our RV Dealership. All you need is one year of parts experience to change your career path for the better. We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to issue parts within our busy dealership.
Job Responsibilities
  • Identify parts needs and accurately create or modify purchase orders for the appropriate vendors.
  • Process special order parts in the dealership system and notify the appropriate advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt.
  • Verify and process invoices by comparing them to purchase orders, ensuring correct quality, quantity, and pricing.
  • Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and ongoing cycle counts.
  • Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations.
