Parts Associates have the responsibility to provide the best possible customer service, in person and over the phone, assisting our customers with their parts needs for all types of forklifts and related material handling equipment
Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and tracking parts inventory
  • Maintain accurate records in the business system
  • Reporting and other administrative tasks

Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type at least 45 WPM are required. Previous parts experience is preferred.
