About the Role:

The Parts Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of inventory management and parts distribution within an organization. This position is responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of parts. The Parts Clerk supports the overall supply chain by tracking parts usage, managing stock levels, and assisting in the procurement process. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to prevent stock discrepancies and to facilitate smooth workflow. Ultimately, the Parts Clerk contributes to minimizing downtime and supporting maintenance and production teams by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, parts department, or inventory control
  • CCC One Software knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial parts and terminology.
