Parts Counter Associate – McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque

Location: Dubuque, IA
???? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Alternating Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

About the Opportunity

McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our high-performing Parts Department. This role is essential to keeping our service department operating efficiently by ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles

• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with service and collision repair teams to ensure timely parts delivery
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments
• Support the parts department with additional duties as needed
