Job Title: Parts Associate

Job Description

The Parts Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting mechanics and maintenance teams by managing parts inventory, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for vehicle and equipment repairs. This position is essential to maintaining efficient operations by accurately tracking stock levels, coordinating parts distribution, and maintaining organized storage systems.

Pay: $21/hr

Shift: First (1st) shift some days: 6:00am - 3:30pm, second (2nd) shift other days 2:30pm -1:30am, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Organize and label inventory in storerooms and storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
