Job Title: Parts Warehouse Associate
Department: Parts
Reports To: Parts Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time Contract | Onsite | Hourly 1099
Location: Rock Hill, SC 29730
Duration: 3 Months (possible extension depending on business needs)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, fulfilling orders, picking amp; packing, RF scanning, movement of loads, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments in an accurate and organized manner
  • Pull, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
  • Verify order accuracy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and report damage, defective, or incorrect items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1-2+ years of experience working within a warehouse environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation
