Palmer Johnson is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales & Product Support specialist to join our team and support our Drivetrain and Engine customers. This position is based in Sun Prairie, WI, with the flexibility to work remotely from a home office.

About the Role
As a Parts Sales & Product Support, you'll be the key player in helping our customers-both new and existing-navigate our comprehensive product lines, from their initial inquiry all the way through to delivery. Using our cutting-edge systems, you'll provide fast, accurate, and top-tier customer service while enjoying the variety of working in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers from around the world, helping them solve problems, and driving sales growth-all while collaborating with a fantastic team.
