About the Role:

Naumann Hobbs Material Handling is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Parts Administrator to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. • Collaborate cross-functionally with service and operations teams to ensure parts availability aligns with scheduling and workload demands

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of automotive or heavy-duty parts, systems, and terminology
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with both customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, preferred

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and company-observed holidays
  • Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (where applicable)
  • A supportive team environment with real opportunities for professional growth and career advancement
