About the Role

Chapman Chrysler Jeep is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain efficient inventory operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Automotive parts experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service and retail or wholesale parts experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information
  • Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status
  • Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers
  • Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations

Qualifications

  • Automotive parts experience required
  • Chrysler experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid Nevada driver’s license
