Shop Helper
Pay: $18.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist with daily production and shop operations. This is a hands-on position that supports multiple areas of the shop, including material handling, cleaning, deburring, parts washing, packaging, and general shop maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Load and move parts and materials to the appropriate workstations
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, boxes, and materials
- Help load and unload parts from machines as needed
- Move finished parts to the next stage of the production process
- Clean and wash finished parts using parts washers, water, and coolants
- Operate ultrasonic/sonic machines to clean and tumble parts
- Assist with deburring and inspecting finished metal parts
- Assist the shipping department with packaging and preparing finished parts for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor
- Sweep floors and perform general shop cleanup
- Operate floor buffers approximately twice per week
- Use basic hand tools and shop equipment as needed
- Perform other general shop support duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing/shop environment
