Company Description

WHO WE ARE

The first of its kind boutique fitness experience, SoulCycle revolutionized the fitness industry. Our signature 45-minute indoor cycling class is an immersive and intense mind-body-soul workout, where legendary instructors guide riders through class - helping them lose themselves in the ride, the music, the experience. Taking place in dark, candlelit studios, allowing riders to be grounded in the moment, SoulCycle rides connect our community through the experience and energy of the room.

OUR MISSION

To foster an open, diverse, & inclusive community - while embracing each unique individual exactly as they are. We empower each other by listening with an open mind, finding ways to learn and grow together, and always nurturing a sanctuary of trust.

Job Description

SoulCycle is seeking a visionary and versatile Creative Manager to join our team. This role is at the heart of our brand-building efforts, responsible for defining how SoulCycle shows up in the world through our most high-profile collaborations (e.g. Apple Music, FX/Paramount, NYU Langone Health, Bilt Rewards, Sweetgreen + more).

Reporting into the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be the primary owner of creative execution for all Strategic Partnerships at SoulCycle. You are a hybrid creative, equally comfortable designing high-end visual assets as you are writing punchy, brand-aligned copy. You will act as the creative bridge between our partners and our internal teams, ensuring every collaboration is visually stunning, strategically sound, and deeply resonant with our community.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative professional who can think big-picture strategy one hour and execute pixel-perfect designs the next. You are a brand steward who understands how to maintain the SoulCycle aesthetic while thoughtfully integrating partner identities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Creative Execution: Own the end-to-end creative process for all brand partnerships. This includes the hands-on design of creative assets (email, social media, web, in-studio signage) and crafting compelling copywriting for all partner touchpoints.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with Partnerships Account Management, internal Marketing teams, and external brand partners to align on campaign themes, goals, and creative direction.
  • Brand Strategy/Direction: Support the development of creative concepts and mood boards for partnerships, helping outline the vision of a campaign to win partner alignment and kickstart the campaign with a clear vision.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Navigate the intersection of multiple brand voices, ensuring that all creative output meets SoulCycle's high standards while satisfying partner requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Manage creative timelines and deliverables, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide creative and marketing support for internal SoulCycle initiatives and special projects when bandwidth permits.
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative marketing, ideally with a background in luxury lifestyle, fitness, or a top-tier creative agency.
  • A "Dual-Threat" Creative: You possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both visual design (typography, layout, image manipulation) and professional copywriting.
  • Expert Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required. Familiarity with video editing (Premiere/After Effects) or Figma is a significant plus. Proficient in Canva and CapCut as well.
  • Strategic Partnership Experience: You understand the nuances of co-branding and have experience executing campaigns that serve two different brand identities simultaneously.
  • Communication & Presentation: You can articulate your creative vision to internal executives and external partners with confidence and professionalism.
  • Resourceful & Fast-Moving: You thrive in a high-growth environment and can manage multiple priorities without losing your creative edge.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Pay Transparency: Salary range $80 - $90k
