Responsibilities:
  • Partner with ownership to drive showroom performance, profitability, and strategic growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through accountability and continuous development.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, staffing, merchandising, and sales performance.
  • Align sales, operations and inventory to ensure exceptional project execution.
  • Serve as the team's product and systems expert, guiding informed decisions and sales success.
  • Ensure project accuracy and quality from initial sale through final installation.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, installers, and referral partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community engagement.
  • Improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resolve complex customer and project issues with professionalism and solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain exceptional showroom standards that reflect the brand and customer experience.
 
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years' proven work experience as a Flooring Retail Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, or similar role
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Able to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
  • Strong knowledge of the flooring & construction industry desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
  • Personal & professional ethics
  • Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
  • Leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
  • Ability to set sales targets & achieve them effectively
  • Analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns
  • Organizational skills & ability to respond quickly to a shifting reality
  • Time management skills & detailed oriented
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
