Job description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Fulfillment Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Austin, TX. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: Austin, TX 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
Duration: 6 Months / Potential Extension
Overtime: As needed, up to 5 hours
Job Description

  • Accurately enter customer orders into order entry systems.
  • Perform order administration and fulfillment activities.
  • Prepare and package customer orders for shipment.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment with third-party vendors.
  • Support inventory checks and identify/report discrepancies.
  • Maintain operational documents, records, and fulfillment documentation.
  • Assist with demand planning activities under supervision.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and support order-related requests.
  • Perform general administrative tasks supporting supply chain operations.
Education
  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
