Partner Trainee roles typically do not pay $4,000 a week without a degree, as they often require specialized skills or experience. However, high-paying sales positions, real estate brokers, or certain entrepreneurial ventures can reach or exceed this income level through commissions and performance-based pay, often without formal degrees but with relevant skills and certifications. These roles usually demand strong communication, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Partner Trainee typically refers to a probation period of three months during which performance, skills, and fit for the role are assessed.
