Job description

E-logic is seeking experienced Teaming Partner Personnel to provide specialized technical support for the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of the Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS) supporting the U.S. Department of Education. This role provides subject matter expertise under the direction of the Prime Contractor to ensure the system meets quality, security, performance, and compliance requirements throughout the system lifecycle.

The selected candidate will support assigned technical areas, such as Appian, cybersecurity, quality assurance, infrastructure, or compliance, and contribute to the successful delivery of project objectives.


Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) activities to assess system quality, identify risks, and validate compliance with project requirements.
  • Review system operations, software development activities, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with industry best practices and project standards.
  • Support operational analyses, post-implementation reviews, and program assessments by evaluating system performance and documenting findings.
  • Evaluate Appian SaaS infrastructure, system performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and technical configurations to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Review security documentation and assess compliance with applicable federal security, privacy, and information assurance requirements, including NIST standards and Department of Education policies.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of technical documentation, project deliverables, and release artifacts to verify compliance with contract requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, assessment documents, compliance reports, and other contract deliverables in accordance with project schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Prime Contractor and project stakeholders to provide specialized technical expertise in assigned functional areas.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more technical disciplines, including Appian, software testing, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, compliance, or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).
  • Relevant technical certifications appropriate to the assigned area of expertise (e.g., Appian certification, security certification, testing certification).
  • Ability to analyze technical documentation, identify risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical reports and documentation.
Security Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation.
