Job description

Partners Personnel has partnered with a global leader in medical device manufacturing to hire Production Assemblers for a long-term opportunity in Minnetonka, MN. Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to start a new career, we provide paid training to help you succeed. 

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift 
Hours: 
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30 pm 
2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 2:30am 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assemble high-quality medical devices in a clean room environment while meeting strict quality and safety standards. 
  • Assemble, repair, test, solder, and inspect medical devices, including pacemakers, catheters, ICDs, and related components. 
  • Utilize microscopes and precision tools such as tweezers, cutters, and soldering equipment to perform detailed assembly and repair work. 
  • Perform mechanical assembly, coating, bonding, packaging, and final inspection of medical devices and accessories. 
  • Troubleshoot equipment, process issues, and product defects by examining components, identifying root causes, and performing corrective repairs. 
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure all job documentation, procedures, and clean room operations remain current and compliant. 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required 
  • Must be available to attend a 4-day, onsite training in Minnetonka, MN (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) at the start of the assignment, regardless of assigned shift or work location 
  • Ability to successfully pass a knowledge based evaluation is required
