Lead inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services in a progressive rural hospital delivering advanced patient care. This leadership role oversees pharmacy operations, medication safety, Epic Willow inpatient workflows, regulatory compliance, and staff development while supporting high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead inpatient pharmacy operations, medication distribution, sterile compounding, ADCs, inventory, and controlled substances
Ensure compliance with USP, Joint Commission, and state|federal regulations
Serve as pharmacy lead for Epic Willow inpatient workflows and optimization
Support medication safety initiatives, formulary management, and clinical pharmacy services
Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Partner with nursing, providers, IT, and hospital leadership on medication-use processes and quality initiatives
Qualifications
PharmD required
Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing
Hospital pharmacy leadership experience required
Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred
BLS & ACLS (AHA)
