Job description

Job Title: Channel Marketing Specialist- Automation Distribution & eCommerce Partners
Location(s): Cincinnati, OH
About this Position
Advantech is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist that will help make will make Advantech easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to buy through our automation distributors and eCommerce partners. The ideal candidate will develop relationships that make Advantech a priority brand within our partners, turn joint marketing investments into measurable business results, and continuously uncover new ways to grow revenue through both traditional distribution and digital commerce.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Advantech leaders to identify priority partners, products, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans aligned with Advantech and partner growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated channel campaigns designed to generate awareness, leads, pipeline, and revenue such as; product launches, promotions, campaigns, training initiatives, events, and other partner-facing programs.
  • Create partner-ready campaign packages including messaging, digital assets, email content, landing-page content, product information, banners, and sales enablement materials.
  • Establish KPIs for partner marketing programs and provide regular performance reporting.
  • Attend regular partner business reviews highlighting results, opportunities, and recommended next actions.
  • Audit partner websites regularly to ensure priority products have accurate and compelling product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, documentation, keywords, and supporting content.
  • Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for assigned authorized automation distributors and eCommerce partners.
  • Build strong working relationships with leadership, sales, product management, and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partners have timely access to product information, marketing assets, promotions, and sales enablement resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, distribution marketing, eCommerce, digital marketing, or B2B demand generation.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, eCommerce partners, or other indirect sales channels a plus.
  • Experience in industrial automation, industrial computing, electronics, technology, manufacturing, or B2B technical products strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with external partners and internal sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce merchandising, demand generation, trade shows, and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working with marketing analytics and using data to identify opportunities and measure ROI.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage programs from strategy through execution and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and track expenses.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
