  • Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including card issuance, processors, payment rails, and bank cores
  • Experience working directly with BaaS partners (e.g., Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic, Treasury Prime, Column, Increase, etc.)
  • Proven track record of owning both partnership relationships and technical implementations
  • Strong product judgment and ability to navigate complex tradeoffs
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with external partners and executives
Nice to have:
  • Experience with brokerage or trading infrastructure
  • Project management experience in BaaS partner migration
  • Relationships and experience with sponsor banks
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, including build vs. buy considerations

Why This Role
  • Own a critical and highly strategic part of the product
  • Work on complex, high-impact problems at the intersection of fintech and product
  • Partner with leading fintech platforms and shape how they're used in a modern benefits stack
  • High visibility role with meaningful influence on company direction

Compensation
  • Base salary of $195,000 to $240,000 + equity.

Range(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience.

  • We offer several team onsites a year
  • Flexible PTO
