Role:
Manager, Treasury
Location:
  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
  • Travel Expectations: Up to 10%

What you'll do
  • Ensure high-quality delivery across Clearsulting's Treasury portfolio Own delivery outcomes from design through execution, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, expected engagement economics, and positive client feedback.
  • Design and oversee complex, end-to-end Treasury solutions across multiple modules, leveraging deep functional and technical expertise. Lead implementations with efficiency and independence while applying best practices to deliver scalable, sustainable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor, providing clear, practical guidance grounded in broad experience. Proactively identify opportunities to expand engagements and deliver additional value.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams by managing and mentoring junior resources. Provide thoughtful coaching, delegation, and feedback to foster growth, accountability, and team confidence.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by identifying expansion opportunities, supporting proposals, drafting statements of work (SOWs), and developing realistic estimates. Collaborate across practices to drive new business and strengthen client relationships.
  • Support the development of collateral, methodologies, and market-facing content. Partner with alliances, marketing, and business development teams to strengthen Clearsulting's presence in the Treasury space.

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years in professional services in a delivery role
  • 2+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus
  • At least 2 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered)
  • Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with global rollouts (multi-entity, multi-bank, SWIFT, host-to-host) and phased deployments.
  • Integration depth with major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), APIs, and file formats; understanding of security and controls.
  • Evidence of measurable client satisfaction (references, CSAT improvements) and adoption outcomes.
  • Ability to drive strategy and continuous improvement in delivery approach and sales outcomes (methods, accelerators, playbooks).
  • TMS subject-matter expertise in advisory work (treasury assessments, process transformation, vendor/system selections) and implementations.

The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $156,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
