Job description

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to support new business outreach, lead follow-up, meeting coordination, and day-to-day growth initiatives.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and enjoys supporting sales and partnership activity in a professional business environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support outreach to prospective clients and business contacts

  • Follow up on leads and incoming business inquiries

  • Schedule introductory calls and follow-up meetings

  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems

  • Prepare basic business development materials and internal updates

  • Track open opportunities and follow-up tasks

  • Coordinate with sales and account teams on prospective client needs

  • Help keep business development activity organized and moving forward

Qualifications
