Brightway Insurance is seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our Business Development Associate Program—a structured development program designed to prepare high-potential talent for long-term success in the insurance and financial services industry.

Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training, you’ll gain exposure to sales, business development, client relationships, and agency operations. This position is designed to develop future leaders who are passionate about helping people protect what matters most while building rewarding careers.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Engage with warm leads from Brightway’s existing book of business to identify new opportunities

  • Develop new client opportunities through prospecting and relationship building

  • Conduct proactive outreach via phone and email to introduce Brightway’s solutions

  • Support sales and retention initiatives by helping clients find the right coverage for their needs

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and insurance carriers

  • Manage a developing book of business with a focus on client retention and territory growth

  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a trusted resource for clients

Operations & Collaboration

  • Accurately document sales activities and follow-ups in internal systems

  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks using calendars, planning tools, and CRM platforms

  • Collaborate with team members to support seamless operations and shared goals

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance sales performance

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles

  • Interest in insurance, entrepreneurship, or business development is a plus—but not required
