Job description

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Regional Branch Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Services.
The ideal candidate:
  • Directly leads, coaches, and develops Branch Managers within the assigned region.
  • Establishes clear expectations and holds Branch Managers accountable for employee, member, sales, and overall branch results.
  • Partners with Branch Managers to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, sales confidence, and readiness for advancement.
  • Promotes a leadership culture centered on accountability, collaboration, employee growth, professional sales practices, and member service.
  • Coaches Branch Managers on creating branch-level growth plans that reflect the needs and opportunities within their markets.
  • Ensures sales activity is supported by clear goals, consistent follow-up, effective use of the Credit Union’s member relationship management system, and accountability for moving opportunities forward.
  • Holds Branch Managers accountable for meeting established expectations for employee performance, member experience, growth, compliance and overall branch results.
  • Reviews branch and employee performance data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring additional focus.
  • Leads the implementation of new Retail initiatives, technology, products, service models, sales approaches, and organizational priorities across the assigned region.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field and 5+ years in financial services, retail banking, or comparable sales and service environment are preferred. Successful candidates should have demonstrated success coaching and developing managers and frontline employees, and a proven ability to lead teams toward measurable sales, growth, and member experience goals. Experience with performance management, employee development, successful planning, and developing community, business, and referral relationships is preferred.
