PRACTICE OVERVIEW:
Well-established civil litigation practice with emphasis on real property disputes
Primary focus on partition actions and quiet title proceedings
Existing client relationships and referral network
Proven case management systems and procedures in place
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Juris Doctor from accredited law school
  • Active state bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum 5-7 years civil litigation experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in real property law, particularly partition and quiet title actions
