· Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
· Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the facility in a professional and friendly manner.
· Follow emergency protocol to avoid elopement of residents that are not to leave the facility without supervision.
· Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
· Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution
· Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
· Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff members
· Forward voice mail/phone calls to the appropriate staff members
· Assist with financial reports as required
· Month end duties as required
· Meet with Administrator and direct manager to prepare meeting agendas and supporting material as directed.
