Part-Time Enhanced Support Staff – Make a Meaningful Impact

Do you have experience supporting individuals with OCD or Autism? Are you someone who finds joy in helping others live more independently, build connections, and enjoy life to the fullest? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a compassionate, creative, and reliable support professional to join the team of a vibrant young woman who is eager to grow her independence and pursue her goals. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be a meaningful part of her journey as she explores friendships, volunteering, and her favorite community activities.

What the Role Looks Like
  • Flexible, part-time hours — ideal if you’re looking for meaningful work just a few days a week.
  • Shifts are 2–3 days per week, approximately 4 hours each.
  • Support takes place both at home and out in the community.
  • Activities may include musicals, theater, coffee outings, or social gatherings — you’ll be there to encourage and help her engage fully.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide positive, thoughtful behavioral support
  • Encourage skill-building and independence
  • Support community engagement and social opportunities
  • Collaborate on creative approaches to everyday challenges
  • Be a consistent and encouraging presence
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting individuals with OCD, Autism, or other developmental/mental health needs
  • At least 1 year as a caregiver, TSS, PCA, or in a similar role
  • Strong teaching and coaching skills — you enjoy helping others learn and grow
  • Creativity, flexibility, patience, and reliability
  • Job coaching certification (CESP/ACRE) a plus
Preferred Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, or Social Work
  • OR NADD Competency-Based Certification for Dual Diagnosis IDD/MI
  • OR current RBT certification
Compensation
  • $37/hour starting rate
  • Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate
If you’re looking for flexible, rewarding part-time work where you can make a lasting difference, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help create a more connected, independent, and fulfilling life for someone who is eager to grow with your support.
