What You’ll Do

As a Part-Time Barista at Naga Tea USF, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing boba tea, specialty beverages, and other menu items following our tried-and-true recipes and standards.
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service that makes every guest feel welcome.
  • Operating the POS system to accurately process customer orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the front and back of the store.
  • Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory as needed.
  • Following all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
