Part -Time Fill-in

We are looking for a Part-Time Fill-in Cleaner to perform cleaning and maintenance duties in Office Buildings located in the Milwaukee area. The hours of work may vary, typically starting at 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. The Fill-in Cleaner must be prepared to travel to various sites and should be capable of working independently. Previous experience is advantageous.

Fill-in Cleaners are responsible for communicating with the Account Manager and/or District Manager daily for dispatching them to the appropriate areas of the building each day. The cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The assigned area(s) could be multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, or educational facilities. Cleaners must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:

โ€ขDust surfaces include desktops, cabinet tops, partitions, etc.

โ€ขEmpty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to designated disposal area.

โ€ขSweep and mop hard surfaced floors.

โ€ขVacuum floors using upright vacuum and/or vac paks.

โ€ขSpot clean carpet.

โ€ขClean glass areas.

โ€ขClean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc.

โ€ขClean restrooms and maintain supplies- ensure restrooms are stocked

โ€ขPolish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.

โ€ขJob duties may be modified at any time based on customer or manager discretion.
