Qualifications
  • MUST BE A LCSW, LMFT, LPC, CSW, LMSW, or P-LPC licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana.
  • Attend required staff meetings and trainings
  • Meet deadlines and meet productivity standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
  • The Mental Health Professional should practice in an ethical manner; work with colleagues and client with respect
  • Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services
  • Update treatment plans as needed with LMHP, ongoing assessment of assigned clients' needs and goals, participate in supervision and training, and provide crisis intervention services, if needed.
  • Provide coordination of care and linkage with community resources.
  • Provide timely service documentation as required by managing care organizations, agency policy and procedure manual.
  • Complete progress notes that adhere to best practices and quality standards of care as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Attend required staff meetings and trainings
  • Maintain involvement in other agency programs
  • Complete educational opportunities as a means of furthering professional development as well as fulfilling CEU requirements.
  • Upholds and promotes all standards of CARF, HIPPA, reimbursement compliance and Acidom Medical Services, LLC policies and procedures as outlined in agency's policy manual.
