We are looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our already established multi-disciplinary group to provide caring and compassionate care to a diverse group of patients.  The days can be flexible and include alternating half days (AM/PM) ; 10-12 hours monthly and additional hours are possible
Qualifications:
* Comprehensive knowledge of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, sports
injuries and conservative/medical treatment options
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
* Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to multi-task
*  Dedication to ongoing professional development
Responsibilities
ï‚· Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop
individualized treatment plans
ï‚· Treatment and Rehab: Administer effective and evidence-based therapeutic
interventions, including exercises, manual techniques and modalities to help patients
recover and improve their physical function
ï‚· Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment
options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery
ï‚· Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate and modify treatments plans based on patient
progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes
ï‚· Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records into EHR in timely
manner, complying with all legal and ethical standards
