Position: Banquet Bartender – Part Time

Reports To: Banquets Manager

About the Role

As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll be a key contributor to our event beverage service, mixing and serving both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks with professionalism and flair. You’ll help create memorable guest experiences at weddings, banquets, and other special functions by delivering high‑quality beverage service and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Banquet bartenders help maintain a safe and inviting atmosphere while collaborating with the banquet team to support successful events.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Prepare and mix beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Pour and serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks
  • Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure drinks are presented attractively
  • Set up and stock bar supplies, glassware, and ingredients before events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
  • Restock supplies as needed and communicate inventory needs
  • Dispose of trash and recycle materials properly
  • Follow responsible alcohol service practices and enforce safety standards
  • Assist banquet team members to support smooth event execution
  • Help enhance guest satisfaction by responding courteously to special requests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous bartending experience required (banquet, restaurant, or event service)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
