We are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to join a small local manufacturing and forging company in South Milwaukee.


Hours: 10-15 per week

Pay rate: $25.00-$30.00

Description

  • The Owner/President of a small 20 person manufacturing company is in need of someone to help with managing his schedule, setting up appointments, booking travel, and helping prioritize emails on a weekly basis.
  • Those will be the main needs, and must be willing to help out with anything else that arises.
  • Key is on the front end to spend time with owner to learn his process and what he needs.
  • Someone who is mindful and takes the time to research when needed such as not just finding a flight but looking for best price when possible.

When should the person be available to work: unsure – would need to build a relationship with them and then can be flexible based on needs. Provide options.
