Job description

Unidine is hiring immediately for a Clinical Dietitian position.  This is a flexible part-time RD role designed for work-life balance, with competitive hourly pay, paid documentation time, CEU/licensure support, and a collaborative team that values nutrition expertise.

  • Location:  Crestview Retirement Community - Bryan, TX
  • Setting:  Continuing Care Retirement Community
  • Schedule:  Part Time, 20 hours per week; Flexible, Thursday and Friday preferred for 2 out of the 3 days
  • Requirement:  Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.  New grads welcome!!
  • Pay Range:  $40 - $45 hr.

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
  • Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
  • Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
  • Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
  • Mentorship & Professional Development: Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
