Location: South Shore, MA


About the Role

Woodland Builders is a design-build remodeling company based on the South Shore, working on premium residential remodeling and addition projects. We're looking for a reliable, Part-time Field Support team member to help keep our job sites running smoothly.


Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver materials (lumber, tile, fixtures, etc.) between suppliers and job sites
  • Load/unload materials at sites
  • Meet trade partners on-site for deliveries or access
  • Prepare and stage materials for returns
  • Complete daily job site logs
  • Perform routine job site check-ins
  • Keep job sites clean and organized
Ideal Candidate
  • Comfortable driving a company vehicle and doing physical loading/unloading
  • Reliable, punctual, good communicator
  • No construction experience required - great entry point for someone exploring the trades, a construction management or vocational student, or anyone looking for steady part-time work
  • Valid driver's license required

Schedule: Part-time, roughly 15-20 hours per week, with some flexibility. Potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
