About the Role: Part Time Receptionist – Naperville, IL
The Part Time Receptionist will answer main switchboard calls from life insurance policy owners and company agents, welcome guests to the building, and perform basic administrative tasks. This is a part time position working primarily core business hours from 11:30am to 4:00pm, Monday – Thursday, and 10:00am to 2:30pm, Friday, with flexibility.

 

What It Takes to Succeed
Success in the position requires good listening skills, flexibility, and the ability to communicate in an enthusiastic, efficient, concise, patient and professional manner. 

 

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or (GED).

·         Customer service experience a plus.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring range: $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors.
