  • Build relationships with children and parents
  • Set up and lead daily activities
  • Supervise children ages 6 months - 10 years of age
  • Learn and attend to needs of children in Kid Zone

"OK, I'm sold!" What do I need to qualify?

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Knowledge of basic child supervision techniques
  • Ability to work with and interact with a diverse group of children and parents
  • Pediatric CPR. AED and First Aid Certifications through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Course may consist of either a blended class or an in-person class. Certification must be maintained and current at all times.
  • Ability to stand, sit and stoop to attend to a child's needs
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to see and supervise children
  • The physical, visual and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to react to emergency situations in an indoor or outdoor environment
