Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: Approximately 5โ€“8 hours per day
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Cook / Catering Cook / Kitchen Lead to manage weekend food service operations at a private recreational facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled cook, caterer, culinary student, retired chef, or hospitality professional seeking flexible part-time or gig work.
Responsibilities
Friday & Saturday
  • Prepare and serve a casual bar-food menu for game nights, social gatherings, and recreational activities.
  • Manage food preparation, cooking, service, and kitchen cleanup.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and professional manner.
Sunday
  • Prepare and serve brunch.
